Workmind
Advertising Campaign Management Platform
Workmind is a campaign management platform designed to help advertisers organize, create and manage advertising campaigns across supported advertising platforms.
Users can connect their advertising accounts to manage campaign data, creatives and campaign configurations from a centralized dashboard.
What Workmind does
Campaign builder
Plan advertising campaigns in batches — countries, languages, budgets, links, texts and creatives — and generate the bulk-import files used to create them on Meta Ads.
Creative library
Upload, organize and share images and videos with your team, and send them to the ad accounts you choose.
Performance dashboard
Follow spend from connected Meta Ads accounts side by side with revenue reported by your organization's Google Ad Manager networks.
Ad translation
Translate and adapt ad texts and creatives for different markets, always reviewed by the user before publishing.
Google Integration
Sign in with Google. Users can sign in to Workmind with their Google account. Workmind only receives the basic profile information needed to identify the user (name, email address and profile picture), and only after the user explicitly authorizes it on Google's consent screen.
Google Ad Manager reporting. Revenue reports are read from the Google Ad Manager networks of the organization that operates Workmind, through a service account set up by that organization. Workmind does not access any user's personal Google data for this.
Information received from Google APIs is used only to provide these features and is handled in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. See our Privacy Policy.
Meta Ads Integration
Users can connect the Meta (Facebook) ad accounts they manage through Facebook's official login. Workmind uses this access to read ad accounts, campaigns and performance metrics and to upload the creatives the user selects. The connection can be removed at any time.
Private, team-only access
Workmind is used by approved team members. New accounts must be approved by an administrator before they can access the dashboard, and each member only sees the areas allowed for their role.
